Description: The DOE SC program in Nuclear Physics hereby announces its interest in receiving applications that request financial assistance to participate in the recently established DOE Isotope Program University Isotope Network (DOE IP UIN). Successful applications would benefit the public by enhancing the scientific and technical capabilities of existing facilities at institutions of higher education or Non-profit organizations (i.e., a research reactor, hospital, or university-based accelerator) for investigations in isotope science and future isotope production efforts. Applications must complement the public benefit of the Isotope Development and Production for Research and Applications (IDPRA, also known as the DOE Isotope Program (IP)). Applications focused only on R&D associated with isotope production are outside the scope of this FOA and will not be considered. Applications submitted under this FOA should be geared towards scientific, technical and future isotope production efforts. Applications are not restricted to a particular technology. This FOA is administered by the DOE IP, managed by SC’s program in Nuclear Physics.
Version: 2
Modification Comments: To include non-profit organizations IRS status
